Ima keep it real with you here... this sounds like a music from a pharmacy ad in a TV show/movie.
The sounds you picked are good, and the way you put them together are also good, but the progression and melody are... not hip hop/rap music.
I wonder what it might sound like if you put a modulated filter and rhythmic gate on the harmony/melody- would be worth a shot, I think.
You've got something, but this needs an overhaul.
