I like the trippy vibe of the beat and the parts where the drums sound like they are underwater thats a nice touch but imo I feel theres too much going on a certain points in the beat and that takes away from allowing the artist to breathe also the low end could use more energy it lacks a lil in the low end.

I agree with Hail, I think it would be better to add bass pad over this it would be much more fulfilled. Also the kicks and the hi-hats could be much simple, I think that there is too much rolls there. With all that it there will be space for the artist to fill the beat with vocals. Other than that mix is nice and clean.

Love the main melody, could use some more variation in terms of arrangement though in my opinion. I agree with the other guys that it could use some more low end, but that might also be a result of your mastering, maybe lower the volume on the high end a little bit so your low end will sound louder. Just trying to help you out, overall nice job bro!
