Here is some world/house music that I made. Do you guys have any tips on the mixing?
When I bounce it on my phone (iphone 7) the intro saturates (due to an annoying frequency on the guitar chords I thing), and throughout the track these guitar chords make the thing saturate. It make it quite annoying to listen. At the same time, if I lower their volume or remove some of their frequencies, I feel my track is kind of loosing bones, as this is the chore harmonic element of the track (beside these chords, you pretty much only have the bass and the lead guitar).
Maybe I still need to make progress when it comes to EQing? Or using more reverb? Lower their volume? Replace them by another harmonic element?
Any other tips on mixing (or anything else) would be much appreciated.
