Working on a house track

Hey guys, I've started this remix for Kings of Tomorrow- Fall for you (Remix), I'm only at about half (2mins) and I would like an honest opinion on the work I've done. What I really want though is some advice on how to continue the song as I am currently "blocked" and it is not the first time, so please guys any advice is accepted. Hope you like it

Hi! Once the vocals come in, the track could really turn into some goodvibe lounge stuff. Structure is odd at some points and I think that dropping the kick in for 2 bars and taking it out for the next 2 is a tricky thing to pull off. Doesn't work for this particular track. Also if you have writers block the thing that worked for me is letting the project rest for a bit and looking into it later, maybe trying whole new ideas in the same project. Hope this was useful, reply with the track if you are done!
