It's not structured in the most interesting way. Just stacking the layers up one by one is a little dull.
You also need to think about variations within each part. There are other things you can vary apart from just which loops you are playing at one time.
Changing up the chord sequence and introducing a second contrasting section might also be nice.
There's not necessarily anything missing, but a vocal might sound good with this particular track.
