Just finished what I would call my first proper track. It starts off kind of ambient and atmospheric and builds into something a bit more uptempo. Let me know what you think!

You're putting me into meditation right now bro... Great vibes

Not a fan of the heavy reverb on the hats- feels a bit too washed to me. That said, the rhythm of them is very good

Love the lo-passed poly percussion, nice touch

The staccato string synth could be a bit more present- it has a lot of energy that is being missed out on I think.

That break where it degrades is fuego- good work.

The mix overall sounds a bit brittle. A multi band may help here. I got a little bit of ear fatigue by the end especially when it moves to chaos (It's really good but needs a smoother mix there)

Love that zip ending though- I always struggle with those

Great work for your first electronic track. Followed.

Thanks! Really appreciate the feedback. I like the idea with the staccato synth, it could definitely add something if it stuck out a bit more. I kind of mixed this on the fly whilst writing it but especially with the end section, it would benefit from sitting down and paying some more attention to the overall mix.

I'm a bit scared of multiband compression, literally cos I have no idea how to use it!
