B-Real - let me blaze REMIX - FB returned!!!

beat is nice, has a great groove to it! clap and shaker sound a little dry, but the low end is nice and solid. kick and bass work very well together. beat has that synth going but it could use something else to help move along the mid-highs like a saw/square synth or a nice piano or something. beat sound ill but sounds unfinished, add something else to help glue the whole track together and this will be tight!

Yeah like pga said it's got a real nice groove to it. It'd be cool to add some crashes/ sweeps/ reverse crashes to help the transition between verse and chorus. It could maybe use a little lead (like a portamento-y G funkish lead or something perhaps)

But if there's ONE thing that I'd do for sure, it'd be make the vocals louder! I think they're a bit to soft.

But yeah overall nice vibe, never heard the original lol
 
Would add some reverb to the clap and roll of some high end from the hihat so it doesn't sound so sharp.

yeah that would set that clap off n bring a lil diff. vibe to the track but otha den that this right here is nice...i like yall delivery on the verses!!

Hey Dave!! I'm listeing to the Blaze joint...I agree that some other sounds would add a bit more vibes to the song in the mid range...even turning up the sound that you have in there will help. I also feel that the vocals could have a little more mids and low mids, and a little more volume. You could also make the clap a little wetter as well. I like the overall vibes of the song, and it could definitely live, but I agree with a lot of the comments that you've recieved, and I feel that those things will improve the overall quality of your product!!

The bass groove and claps works for a rap like this. But it's really missing that polish. I'm not asking you to overproduce but just add a little sprinkle here and there that shows that it's not just a simple bass loop and claps. I think you got all the right elements in place and it's not too far away from being an ideal instrumental for the track you chose.

not familiar with the original. Remix is pretty cool tho. Bass line and drums are nice. Could be improved if you made it a little more melodic, instead of riding mainly on drums and bass
