I had about 4-5 remixes thrown on my beat uploaded to soundcloud. they were picking up some plays and got near 50,000 plays. Then I got slapped on the face with the copyright message warnings, and eventually they shut down my soundcloud account. I've noticed there are MILLIONS of remixed tracks with MILLIONS of plays, likes, shares etc out there on soundcloud all over. How are these people getting away with it? I know for damn sure most of these producers didn't get permission or usage rights for the vocals they used on their remix tracks. How are they getting away with this?
