Does anyone have any snare roll samples? Not the crunk ones but like marching band ones? Like the one J.Cole uses?

If you have a couple of different samples of rolls, layering them can be very effective from "drum-line" type stuff.
If you are programming your own, bring the tempo down as slow as possible while still being able to count with subdivisions, and try to play 8th/16th notes "live" (do not quantize). Speed-up to desired tempo.
