I'm wondering would my post be flagged if I uploaded a video to YouTube of a lofi song with an uncleared sample? I would only upload it to YouTube with no intention to ever sell it and also list the original artist, track and album title in the description stating that I do not own rights to the sample. Is that enough to not be flagged or have something worse happen?
Do you think the artists in those lofi playlists all went through the process of clearing every sample for every song they upload?
Any tips or advice is much appreciated.
