Sampling with Cool Edit Pro 2.0

I dont know if any of you guys use Cool Edit to shop samples and everything cuz I just shopped and sample and I wanna change the pitch, keeping the tempo that I want for the song. I already have the tempo of the sample, its just that I want the mickey mouse type of voice on it. Can anybody help me with that ?

I'mma give it to you step by step kid...not sayin that your stupid or nuthin...but I chop my samples in CEP and I'll just tell you the way I edit pitch...word...

1.Open the program...
2.Go to effects...
2.Click on Time/Pitch at the bottom (its right above the tab that says "Refresh Effects List")
3. Now...In order to get the mickey mouse sound...move the markers to the top of the screen...as far as they will go...
4. Now..change the semitones until you get the pitch taht you like...

word...I learned how to do taht from a Cubase tutorial to tell you the truth...

thx, I find how to do it with the tutorial on Cubase too ! I when to time/pitch - stretch and then I went to raise pitch and it worked ! And the tempo was the same.
