sample help on the mpc

i now how to pull the sample in, but i need help choppin it so the sample can span over a 4 bar loop. and when i brake the the sample up into zones, how do i arrange them in the order i want the zones to be in. holla at me.
 
However you think it sounds best to you. theres specific formula. just whatever sounds good.
 
If the sample doesn't fit 4 bars try timestretching it so that it fits 4 bars. I don't have an mpc so sorry i can't help you on zones. Oh yea I think it would help if you said whta mpc you had, 1000's can't timestretch.
