rising "I" sound.

hello, this is my first post on any forum ever, so please be kind, that said, does anybody know how i can get/make/sample that rising "I" sound that is usually like a fill or before a break that just goes up into the incredibly high octaves. please and thank you

I believe you are talking about a reverse reverb. Look it up on youtube and try it out!
