New school producers

Where are the new school producers (like Metro Boomin, Wheezy, Ricky Racks atc...) finding samples?

I think there are more important sources, but one of them is surely Splice - I saw it in some YouTube videos/interviews with them and they used Splice for sure. If you don't know yet - it's an online platform you pay monthly about 10$ (depends on your plan) and you can get either 300 samples per month or exchange it to 100 synth presets for example in Serum
