New to Sampling...Need advice with vocals in samples...

I been producin for about a year now, but am pretty new to sampling and was wondering if there is any real way to isolate just the vocals on a track to use as a sample, and if so whats the best way to go about doing this. Thanks!

you can't impossible the only thing you could do is turn down the levels on everything except the vocals but the instruments in that range will still be audible so no

the secret in making the vocals sound isolated is in filtering. play the main melody under the sample but filter out the rest of the instrumental. I use high pass filters in reason they work really well for me
