What are some good free Eq Vsts for Producing ?

The Parametric EQ 2 works well for cutting and even better for filtering, not so much for boosting but I usually cut and HPF or LPF before I boost 9 times out of 10 anyways ... Waves REQ's are fantastic, you could probably grab the demo off of their website
 
FabFilter's is pretty cool, but it's a paid VST.

any vst should work relatively well in FL lol. What type of plugins are you looking for? Mixing effects, synths, samplers, etc?
 
Fruity Parametric EQ2 is all you need bro. I also use Ozone's EQ for it's mid/side and matching functions but you won't find many free plugins better than EQ2, it's easy to use and have all the features you need (plus a spectrum visualisation, which is awesome).
