What should i do to clean this acapella up?

What would be the best way to eliminate as much of the background noise as possible? So far in my mix, I've added a deesser to get rid of those high freq. esses. still having trouble trying to remove that background noise. any suggestions? thanks
 
Without listening i could tell you to throw a gate prior to adding anything else. I use waves, but im sure there are plenty of free ones. if your having trouble finding one check out www.kvraudio.com and use the plug in search function.

setting a threshold level slightly below the artists lowest peak should help knock out a lot of that backround noise/ headphone bleed. make sure you adjust the attack and release to get it natural sounding. Also if there is a floor level set it to inf.
