Been trying to get my music to have more depth and sound really big but been having trouble getting the wide stereo effect. Ive tried using the Haas effect with panning which worked somewhat but any tips would help a ton.

    Thank you

My dissertation was all about widening the stereo field. Unfortunately it was 11 years ago and I've forgotten it all! If i can I will dig it out and post some help.

    stereo version of your track
    duplicate this
invert the panning (L -> R and vice versa)
invert the polarity (some call it phase) of this channel
bring the fader up until you hear the width you want

this will spread your track outside the normal L/R boundaries if done jsut right
