Tips on how to make your vocal stacks blend into each other seamlessly?

Are you compressing them all separately, or with a single return? Also, be sure to trim up the clips of dead air and static. Maybe throw an eight-band EQ on there (the return) and bring in some of the unneeded frequencies.

Compressing them together is usually better for a more combined feeling. Alignment will have a huge effect on the vocal as well. The timing of the attacks and tails of each vocal will determine whether the stack sounds more unison or like multiple vocals. VocaAlign is good for this or manually lining things up. Tuning the vocals, or not tuning them, or tuning some and not others, or different tuning speeds will make the vocal thicker or more unison sounding as well. And of course panning will change things quite a bit. Do you want a wide sound of multiple voices, or a more unison mono sound with the layers tucked underneath? Those elements make a big difference, which you can then process as needed (eq/compress etc..) to fit in the mix.
