RM1X mixing

I have some kick *** stuff on my rm1x , but i can't seem to get the volumes right for the main synth line, or the drums. For instance, after the buildup, the synthline doesn't seem as powerful as it did in the build up, and the kick drum kinda over does it a little. Please give me any tips on how to make a trance song more powerful and some tips on how to properly mix on the rm1x.

as with all tracks, you have to set the volumes to how you want them to sound when all the elements are playing together, ie at the fullest part of your track.
if you dont then other sounds will make certain parts sound different, quiter or louder.
i suggest playing a loop with all your tracks unmuted and setting it up how you want it, then it should be fine.
you can try to up velocity of tracks to boost them or reduce it to reduce tracks.
do this with the second play fx window.
