About the course: This 4-hour course will cover composition, production, and mixing of hit pop and EDM songs. This will include Logic X sessions showcasing details that made these records what they are today.
Composition: Breaking down the melodic parts of a song, sharing the creative process, and what inspired the song.
Programming/Sound Design: Synth programming, offline DSP processors, drum programming, unique effects, and transitions.
Mixing: Endorsed by Phil Tan, Ross gives the run through on vocal mixing, and all other elements of a song.
Overview/Business: This can go into any of the above topics in more depth as well as Q&A. There will also be a basic overview of the business side of music including publishing, promotions, and licensing.
