Most efficient way to bounce audio in and out of FL studio 12

So currently I just highlight each instruments and a few extra bars for transients and then export as a wav and bring back in. Is there a way to do this with all midi tracks on my entire song? Or what is the quickest way to achieve something like this? It's not too time consuming but i'm pretty sure there's a better way.
 
go to the mixer channels there is a button on each mixer track older than fl 12 is a floppy disk and fl 12 is a red dot after selecting the tracks you want to bounce then go to the top left of the mixer window then click disk recording (makesure everything is tiked in that list) then render to waves and it should ad it in your track channel!
