or if you have something better my price range is around 300-350$.

They will be for my music production.

Thanks!

if just producing the KRK Rokits
if you're serious about producing and making quality mixes
the Yamaha HS50m
then grab the sub that completes the system later
because they won't having tons of bass(more like not much all)

so invest in your craft and like most it's a business too

if you make quality investments you'll have less upgrades throughout the years

il take the hs50m cause i can upgrade with a subwoofer , pretty cool option.

are there special subwoofers for the yahama you must get or will any go, and how much do subwoofers cost and which ones should you get

i was looking on the net and damn the yamaha hs10w sub cost 500$ and its only a 8 inch 120 w sub .. that bullshit way to much overprice. hope i can hook up any other powered sub in there . i can get a 12 inch 600 watt powered sub for that price .

Blue Sky eXo2 might be another contender for that price range. It is non-ported pair of monitors (plus sub) so it will have faster low frequency decay than any ported design (just like NS10 but flatter frequency response).

How about one Yamaha HS80M.
Why?
Most of the top engineers do mix in mono. Stereo aspect you can finish on the supplementary monitoring, which suppose to be headphones and PC-style speakers.
And don't worry about bass, ns80m will handle it even without woofer for you.

I know, is kind of futuristic setup, yet this is my 2 cents, what can you do with 350$.
