Mic Problems !!!

ok i purchased an M-audio recording interface to hook up my condenser mic and it doenst work ... do i need a mic pre amp ?

what up man... most condensor mics need a pre-amp but interfaces usually have the phantom power need for the condensor. go to the manual or web site for ur interface and c what it'll take to get it working wit ur respective equipment. gud luck bro.....

Yeah, I would like to know what one because I have a M-Audio Firewire Solo. The Phatom is on the front. Enless you have Fast Track USB or Firewire Audiophile. Then you need a external source to provide phatom power. Let us know.
