i don't notice the difference in a Fl studio compressor and sonnox compressor

Yup i don't Notice the difference between them i think i know compressor enough to hear the difference .Even the Eq's i don't notice a lot of difference between them

Can someone explain if Im right or wrong ?

Note : I don't have an external Sound card i use on board sound card of the computer or Monittors I use :
Logitech speakers
Fl studio 10
VSTs
Oxygen 49 - M audio

Not saying whether you're right or wrong, but in general compressor differences can be pretty subtle (or not, but...in general) - and your monitoring system is pretty ghetto...so it might be that it's simply not really adequate for hearing it.
