Please look into the song in the link : youtu(dot)be/IAIGnS9BPKs
(please put . in place of (dot))
This is a bollywood song. How do I make the vocals so much wide and in the front, also smooth so that it doesn't hurt the ears.
Also, if you can breakdown all the mixing that has been done to the vocals.

Why don't we break down how you can get professional mastering sound? How to get that thick sub bass and then you can turn it into a worldwide hit as well?
That would be awesome.. :alcoholic:

It's nice that FP is thought of as a resource.

However, it's also nice when folks take the time to join and participate in the community a bit... (insert cricket emoji here).

Short answer (because we're not ***** here)-- Good vocal take on a decent microphone (LDC most likely), the right amount of compression, and EQ'd properly, mono track panned center, a touch of reverb and some delay mixed back (set at a rate appropriate for the tempo of the song-- 8th note repeats)… Vocal doubling on the chorus sections.

If you're using reverb on the vocal but want to keep it sounding forward in the mix, just increase the pre-delay on the reverb plugin (it's pretty good to synchronise this to the BPM of your track to make the reverb less obvious). The shorter the pre delay, the further away your brain thinks the source of the sound is, so having a longer pre delay will make a vocal sound closer but still let you keep the reverb level the same.
