when I am listening to songs loud you can see the cones on my speakers bouncing with the kick, how do you do this ? every kick I use no matter how loud the volume is doesn't do this.

Probably a couple things at play here...

1. Source material is gonna be very important- make sure you have a quality sample/piece of audio.
2. Cones move far more for low end frequencies than they do for high end frequencies- check your low end and make sure that there is enough meat in your kick from the 60-125hz area.
3. If the cones aren't moving, but the Kick sounds good, then it really doesn't matter. Music is an Audio art, not a visual art :)

Also, use a bit of saturation (distortion). This will help bring out harmonics and can help the the tone of a kick quite a bit if you use the right saturator with the right amount of saturation.

There is some different options to Do it:

- Compress the kick so it sounds more "crispy" and "on point"
- distort the shit out of it (i.e. Blood overdrive Filter FL Studio)
- if u are using FL - dont forget to "normalize" your sample
- try EQing the kick
- get a better soundkit, kick Sound (like my other friend said it)

There might be more but these are the usual things i try
