Like what to put on the Lead and Bass and other types of sounds. The effects I should have like Reverb, Delay, EQ. What do I set on the Effects, etc.

I make EDM Progressive House btw.
 
EQ your frequencies for your sounds to give space for all the instruments. Trim the bass lines so it's not too overpowering. Add reverb to the lead to give the sound more depth, etc.
 
For progressive house, I like to add
1. a gritty bass with low cut and high cut, and a sub bass
2. leads with low cut and a small boost in high frequency. also pads, .. also some reverb on lead.
3. The VOX effect in effector plugin(FL) is really cool for bass'
