Flying objects in the backround....

I'm working on my first track with fruity loops3 and i want to know how can i create thos e flying objects in the bckround with it? (infcted mushroom style or something like that)
 
down in the volume, bandpassfilter, stereo-pingpongpaning .. . .

dont remember any tracks of infected mushroom now, but background means decent.

flying : seems like modular-filter-sequences. rise the cutoff in F.L. up and down.

hope this help.... any better description?
