I'll start with the making of (interesting for low budget filmmakers!!!)
Helmet:
Get a cheap skateboard helmet and get a cheap small tripod for small camera's (only use it with a photocamera with video-mode or a DSLR).
Ducktape the tripod on the helmet and use fishing lure as an extra insurance that it will stay on the helmet!
Note: the person using the helmet might not have ANY visual of his/her surroundings
Green screen:
Get urself some cheap as bright green sheets or whatever, to use as green screen!
U can use cheap construction yard lamps (atleast 500W) but keep in mind that does lamps get HOT and that make the person in front of the camera sweaty.
