Uploading beats from MPC to PC

Ok I've got a bunch of beats stored up on my MP and I think it's time I transfered them to the computer in order to store them and also to share with others. I just want to know if any of you can recommend a particular program that is good for this sort of thing? Preferably cheap, if not free :-D

Just get you a DAW...hell, Audacity is free, and record your beats to your PC, i.e., track them out. Or record the whole beat to PC, i.e., 2-track.
