Wazup board, I have a problem/dilema here with some cats I met at a local studio. Now, these cats are running a studio where they sell their original beats, (as well as offer the usual studio services). They heard my production and told me if I left a CD w/ some tracks, they'd sell em to whoever and take a percentage, that's not the only jacked up part though listen. They basiclally telling me that they don't use contracts for this agreement between studio and outside producers (I know, funny ain't it!)
Anyway, I'm trying to get a hold of contracts, I already have plenty but nothing that suits this situation. I know that I may have to contact an entertainment attorney but, I'm not certain of exactly what kind of contract I want written up.
SO, my question is:
Do you guys know of any contracts that would suit this situation?
