Sound/Midi Delay??

I have been stuck on this 1 for ages!: i hav a rm1x sequencer and want to use it to sequence some sounds from the native instruments battery software.

I have tried it and it works BUT the sounds in battery come out delayed so i want to delay the sounds which are comming out of my rm1x too. any1 know how to do that?

Sorry, I don't know how to do that, but you may be able to reduce the delay (AKA latency) of the NI instruments if you do some tweaks. Let people know what your set-up is. What soundcard are you using, what computer and OS, how much RAM, etc

thanx for the feedback. i dont want to reduce the latency in battery as then the sounds come out in a lower quality. any1 else know how to delay the sounds on the yamaha rm1x?? thanx for help.
