I'm going to be selling tracks to a group who will most likely get successful overseas specifically S. Africa. Gonna charge low fee and go for royalties/copyright route since their initial budget is low. They've got a hookup with MTV South Africa already. My Q is: Will the contract in the US be effective for hese royalties, etc or specifically who keeps track of the overseas royalties...
