Need help

audio to digital converter basically what are you using to get the sound in and out of your computer now? Interface ? Pci ect?
 
MIDI doesn't really have much to do with this. The most basic setup - which, honestly, should be pretty obvious to anyone who's ever hooked up a stereo or something - is to take the audio outs into your soundcard's inputs and hit record in your software.

Reading up on the fundamentals of MIDI & audio wouldn't probably be a bad idea either.
