KRK Rokit 5 crackling??

Hi all

So im trying to make a beat on FL right now, and my krks are crackling whenever i play the beat. But the weird thing is that the crackling isn't there when i play some music from youtube/itunes, or even another beat. Just this beat im working on. And also the other weird thing is i worked on this beat the other day and there was no crackling, but now my KRKs wont stop crackling when it plays! Any idea why? It's made it impossible to work on this beat. They seem to crackle more when there is more happening on the beat. I havent changed anything to the beat since the other day when it was fine. I have two KRK rokit 5 hooked up to a scarlet 2i2. thanks for any advice
 
Hold up looks like i fixed it. On FL I selected Audio setting, then changed the setting from 'Primary sound driver' to 'Focusrite USB 2.0 audio driver'. I dont know if thats a mistake.. but the crackling seems to have stopped!
