They worked fine for nearly two years, but now one of the R5's and the sub blow their fuses as soon as I power them on. Im not quite sure what changed in the R5, but I have had trouble with the sub ever since I had a text book on top of it and it fell off knocking the power cable out while it was in use. Neither of their LED lights ever show they have power for even a second, Im guessing something is interfering with the flow of its power?

I do not have the technical abilities to diagnose the problem, I hope you guys can help. Let me know if you need anymore information.

*EDIT*

This is the sub

and the monitor

Also, if this cant be fixed, would you guys recommend this? $700-$800 will be my max for replacing my system.

Thanks for any help.

You may have a short, resistor,a few things that's causing it. Would be hard to say what it is without actually looking at it. If you have any friends that are good with a multimeter see if they'll run it down for you. You could bypass the fuses but I wouldn't recommend that.

Uhmmm, bring to a repair shop?
You probably don't need to pay 700 to 800 bucks to get new ones. Probably KRK or some electronic repair shop can repair the problem way cheaper.
