i think my mpc 1000 is broken

it wont turn on. i just get a blank screen, its not the contrast, ive tried that. i just get a blank green screen. what should i do? if it is broke where could i look to repair it. Anyideas? thanks

Is your flash card loaded all the way. Sometimes that causes funny things to happen.
