How do I convert midi to wav in Cubase? NEED HELP

hey im wonderin how to convert seperate midi files to wavs in Cubase SE. i kno its prolly somethin simple i just cant figure it out right now. if u kno please reply ASAP! thanks
 
midi isnt audio. you cannot export midi itself to a wav

you can however export the midi controlled sounds via vst or rewire with the export feature.

If you are using an external synth you have to route an audio signal from the synth to your sound card input. Now you have to create an audio track (mono or stereo) and then record the synth sound onto the audio track while its playing.

If its a VST instrument you are trying to convert to an audio track you can do this simply by using the "audio mixdown function".

Goto file>export>audio mixdown then when the box appears you have to specify certain options. Read the manual to clarify this process. good luck.
