I start and run small businesses.. of course I wouldn't mind getting paid for music, but frankly it's a lot easier to make money other ways, and then I can do whatever the h*ll I want artistically with my music. That's really what I'm about.. I want music to always be a joy..

There's definitely something to be said for having in-demand skills. It's not 'fast money' but I never have to worry about needing 'fast cash'.

Well... there was that time I needed to come up with $6k, cash, for bail on Christmas Eve but that's an exception...
