Expanding social media presence?

I'm new to trying to market my music at all. I'm really just trying to get more likes on my facebook page and more listens on soundcloud, I wouldn't want to sell my music. I just don't have any idea where to get started with this. Can anybody offer some advice?
 
Start by joining some Facebook groups specific to the genre you produce and try posting your tracks there. Also be sure to add your tracks on Soundcloud to Soundcloud groups, You can add each track on up to 75 groups in Soundcloud. Hope that helps, Don't give up ! It takes time.
