What is a good program, or plugin to censor curse words to get a mix radio ready? thanks

What kind of censoring do you want? Silencing, reversing, distorting or placing an effect where the curse word is?

Anytype basically... ANything

Morphing sounds, whatever...

Just use any WAV editor and it'll do the trick.

If you want to mute out the swear words without muting the beat, you'll need access to the instrumental and acapella as seperate tracks.

A good program to use would be Sony Sound Forge, but it's rather expensive, especially if all you want to do is make a mix for radio.

Just search out a freeware WAV editing program. Most should have the standard mute/reverse/mixing functions.

Cut the "censored" part of the vocal out or select the word(s) and reverse just the selection, or find some creative way to either add a hit, or other element that fits in with the rest of the music over the part or phrase needing to be replaced.

There's really no need for a plug-in. You should be able to do it in whatever you're tracking with.

i second that..

but please make sure you do it on the vocals only and have the instrumental on another track, because, to be honest, it usually sounds crappy if you try to destort all at once, and it kills the steady flow of the instrumental ;)
