10 Things they don’t tell Music Producers…. til it’s too late

This was real shit - I'm not a new producer but reading this was insightful and very true. I've personally experienced (and sometimes still experience) a lot of these issues. #2 and #5 are on point
 
Really good advice that every music producer should take into consideration. The most important thing is hard work. Everybody can make it, the only difference between producers is the work they put in in order to chase their dreams

That is a wonderful article. When we started to write for film and TV we went through those same steps in the article. We make Hip Hop beats and we make tons of multi-genre music for the industry. When we first started we had 0 songs in film and TV now we have over 180. We all have to learn and it takes time.
