Stanton STR8-80 Help Needed!

Hey guys---

I recently got a Stanton STR8-80 for the digital out..it worked fine until last night when the sound went to mono only. I unplaged the S/PDIF wire and hooked up the RCA - same problem, only left channel sound. Anyone know what to do? Stanton's web page is down...
 
It is most likely your stylus, your connection from cartridge to headshell, or connection from headshell to tonearm. Check them all.
