scratchy feedback coming from needle when using dj qbert's "superseal" record

does it have something to do with the record's skipless feature?
 
The skipless feature is a never ending groove not some magic needle magnet. Seems like it's probably your ground or a loose connection on the cart...or an extremely dirty ass record. It plays other records fine?
 
sounds odd, but yea try another record, if you still get that sound check your ground wires. I have never seen or heard of a problem like this caused by a record.
