It's OK, but it's a low end mixer, so you'll want to upgrade sooner or later anyway. I wouldn't recommend it. I can see why you're interested in it, 4 channels + FX, but there's no channel eq and the quality is highly dubious.
Instead, I'd recommend a Roland DJ2000, a Pioneer DJM500 or 600, or - if you're looking at a little cheaper mixer - a Vestax PMC170A and get yourself some outboard FX to go with that.
