Frustrating problem...

ok....im running 2 numark ttxs....into a vestax pcv 275....out to a pioneer efx 500....then out to 2 rokit 8 studio monitors........... i just changed the master out on line on my mixer from an RCA to a standard 1/4 inch plug.....my problem is, the sound is coming out fine, but i get barely any levels on my mixers meter, but my cue level is in the red....its really weird....also, one of my speakers is constantly buzzing, ive checked all the connects...i dont get it....please help

was it working before with the RCA's?

you might be sending a -10dbv output into a +4 pro input...which will offer that kind of low level.

if it was working before, why would you change it.
