im going to say pac.
Allow me to introduce first {*gunshot fires*} Makaveli the Don
Hysterical, spiritual lyrics like the holy Qu'Ran
Niggaz get shook like 5-0
My forty-five gun's next to me when we ride, for survival
Money makin plans, pistol close at hand, swollen pockets
Let me introduce the topic, then we drop it
Expose snakes cause they breath freely, see me ride?
Located world wide like the art of graffiti
I think I'm tougher than Nitti, my attitude is shitty
Born on a dopefiend's titty.. huh
In every city you'll find me
Look for trouble right behind me
My Outlaw niggaz down to die for me, knahmean?
I hit the scene niggaz duckin from my guillotine stare
I'm right there; my every word, a fukkin nightmare
Get me high, let me see the sun rise and fall
This for my dogs down to die for yours
Extreme venom, no mercy when we all up in 'em
Cut 'em down.. to Hell is where we send 'em
My whole team, trained to explode ride or die
Murder motherfukkers lyrically, and I'm not gon' cry
Me a born leader never leave the block without my heater
Two big pits, I call them my b1tch nigga eaters
And not a whimper 'til I'm gone
Thug Life runnin through my veins so I'm strong

As the matter of fact, I always thought Pac was average, flow wise. I admit, he used to have some dope lyrics, but not a very strong rhyme pattern.

^^^ Tech is one of my favorites. He has the best flow in the game.

As for the best?

I understand this will be over 97% peoples heads. Worth a listen if you like dope hip hop though.

Honorable mentions; of course, to Elzhi and REKS, School of Thought, Angry Mic, Termanology, Diabolic etc. This is my favorite kind of hip hop...

Bye now.

Definitely Kool G Rap. I think honestly, in the mainstream, you have to give Eminem his due. His flow, especially since "Forever" in 2009 has been absolutely ridiculous. Busta Rhymes is very talented too, as is Twista, even Jay could do it back in the 90s.

Not to take away from any rapper, but G Rap don't have bars, he make a beat transform into a new meaning with syllables. It's like he took a notebook and tore pieces from three different pages and pasted them together......then spit the shit.

Perfect example.

Nothing against Mobb Deep man, but that verse always makes me repeat it because it's the dopest shit ever to me for that beat. It's like having the right guy at the right place at the right time in the right frame of mind with the right beat.

Pac-multisyllable mc? Wtf. Pac was never known for complex rhymes or multi-syllable wordplay. He even talked about this and said even though he was Born in New York his Bay Area influences caused him to rap the way he did. I'd say Busta Rhymes is underrated but I'd have to give it up to Big Pun.

Yo, yo, champagne on the rocks
pour on the fort knox lazura
shark salad with cabbage
pork chops and applesauce
twin connection, disrepect watch your body cave in
pump the shotty guagin, hit the shorty while he potty training
i ain't playing, i'm truly the worst
simply the first to get his whole body fully reversed
uzi it hurts, leave you double-dead
i'ma a bubble-head, i never listen to nothing my mother said
ay yo i hold n1ggas ransom for money
like johhny handsome
been sonning n1ggas for so long
i think i got a grandson
my passion is money, a stash and a honey
that won't ask questions but will blast anybody
thats my kind of girl, kinda of world i want to live in
not a cell or a prison or in hell's armageddon
just a little ghetto
where my n1ggas control the middle
we know the riddles of life where others know only a little

big pun verse on banned from tv was crazy.

His palms are sweaty, knees weak, arms are heavy
There's vomit on his sweater already, mom's spaghetti
He's nervous, but on the surface he looks calm and ready to drop bombs,
but he keeps on forgettin what he wrote down,
the whole crowd goes so loud
He opens his mouth, but the words won't come out
He's choking how, everybody's joking now
The clock's run out, time's up over, bloah!
Snap back to reality, Oh there goes gravity
Oh, there goes Rabbit, he choked
He's so mad, but he won't give up that
Easy, no
He won't have it , he knows his whole back's to these ropes
It don't matter, he's dope
He knows that, but he's broke
He's so stagnant that he knows
When he goes back to his mobile home, that's when it's
Back to the lab again yo
This whole rhapsody
He better go capture this moment and hope it don't pass him

palms : arms : mom : calm
heavy : sweaty : spaghetti : ready
keeps
forgettin
opens : whole
mouth : loud

Rabbit he : gravity

I think your wrong bro. I view Pac's strong point in rapping was his ability to say things clearly in rhyme. He wasn't much for crazy metaphors and ish.
