what´s the sample used in CNN - ILLEGAL LIFE from?

in the song "illegal life" from capone n noreaga they use a sample for the loop with some woman saying "give up" or something similar. the sample makes the song damn tight, so if any 1 of you know where it´s from i´d really love to know!
 
werd. i've been searching for that sample too. i also thought it said 'give up'. holla if u find it
 
yeah alot of there songs seem to be working on really good samples.....
like that "Stomp tha shiiit out you" shiit was classic
