Man this already been done.
BUT, that does look like Pac, plus those guys clearly say 'hide pac' or something. But the way the video is set up, like the 'presenter' is right there and they look round the corner and oh theres pac. Doesn't seem real. Yea its definitely fake. This is gonna be closed anyway.

9 Years. Not that I care or studied dude but the whole body actions are not Pac's, Pac had a distinctive way he moved and stood and spoke and ****.

LOL, dude, I'm not saying thats him, but you've never seen him in real life and how he acts and what he's like. You've only seen him when he knows there are cameras there, and it was 9 years ago, but whatever, its not him anyway.
